A maple leaf-shaped dish with deep green, metallic and almost black reflections, inspired by botanical forms and mineral textures.

The Deep Green Maple Leaf Dish was imagined as a small botanical object suspended between nature and sculpture.

Its shape follows the silhouette of a life-size maple leaf. The organic curves, veins and irregular edges give it a simple, living presence, directly inspired by the vegetal world.

Its Deep Green glaze reveals rich reflections that shift depending on the light: forest green, bronze, dark brown, sometimes almost black. Its glossy, metallic surface catches the light discreetly, like a mineral object placed in a quiet interior.

Both functional and decorative, it can be used as:

– a jewelry dish

– a catchall dish

– a small dish for olives or condiments

– an incense holder

– a small botanical object to display

With its vegetal shape and dark glaze, it brings texture, depth and presence to everyday spaces.

Each piece is individually shaped and glazed in my studio in Portugal. Variations in shape, reflections and glaze make every leaf unique.

HANDMADE NOTE

Each Deep Green Maple Leaf Dish is made individually. The reactive glaze creates unique nuances during each firing: no green reflection, vein or shape will ever be exactly identical.

Dishwasher safe.

To preserve the glaze’s shine over time, hand washing is still recommended.
