I don't work from a catalogue of fixed forms. Each custom order is a conversation about the dominant colour of your interior, the material of the walls, the emotion you want the room to evoke.

Via the form or WhatsApp: a few words about your project. Vagueness is often the best starting point.

I will reply within 48 hours
I'm submitting an initial proposal: format, color palette, creative direction. We'll adjust it together.

You approve
and I begin
Once the agreement is confirmed (along with a deposit), the creation process begins. I will keep you informed at each important stage.

The piece arrives at your home
Packaged with the same care as all my creations: protected, insured, with a small handwritten letter slipped inside.
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 6 weeks.
You will receive a precise estimate in step 2.

Do I need to know exactly what I want in order to contact you?
No. Most projects begin with a vague intention: "something warm," "an earthy color," "a room that would face this window." That's enough to start the conversation.
How much does a custom order cost?
The price depends on the format, complexity, and quantity. I will provide you with a clear estimate during our initial discussion—before any commitment on your part.
Do the pieces in a series really look alike?
They are consistent in their approach: same palette, same shape, same spirit. But since each piece is handcrafted, slight variations exist from one to another. This is precisely what makes them authentic.
Can you ship internationally for business orders?
Yes. My creations are already traveling to Northern Europe and the United States. The packaging is designed to protect the most fragile pieces, and shipping is insured.
Can I see examples of custom-made parts that have already been produced?
Some projects are featured on the " In Your Homes " page. For professional projects, examples can be shared privately upon request.
What is the minimum lead time for an urgent business order?
I don't work under pressure; ceramics doesn't allow for it. But I'll do everything I can to find a solution if your schedule is tight. Let me know in your first message.
