Designed for narrower spaces, LIA XS - Beige brings the sculptural character of the LIA wall hangings into a more compact format.

Its four stoneware medallions are entirely shaped by hand and create a soft, mineral palette where beige, sand, taupe and earthy brown tones come together.

Reactive glazes reveal textures, nuances and variations during firing that can never be reproduced exactly. Each medallion develops its own depth and character, making every wall hanging truly unique.

Connected by delicate gold-tone rings and suspended from a round gold-tone wall mount, the medallions create a light, organic and precious vertical composition.

Designed for smaller spaces

With its narrow silhouette, LIA XS naturally fits where a larger artwork might be difficult to place: between two windows, beside a mirror, next to a bedside table, in an entryway or hallway, or simply on a small section of wall that deserves something special.

Its compact proportions allow it to sit beautifully within the space while still bringing the presence and character of a true wall sculpture.

As every element is individually shaped by hand, slight variations in shape and dimensions may naturally occur.

Entirely handmade in Portugal

Each medallion is individually shaped, finished, glazed and fired in my studio in Portugal, without the use of molds.

The slightly irregular edges, traces of the maker’s hand and variations created by the glazes are an integral part of the piece and reflect its handcrafted nature.

No two LIA wall hangings will ever be exactly alike.

Installation

LIA XS comes ready to install with its decorative gold-tone wall mount and suitable screw.

You will simply need to choose a wall anchor suitable for your wall type.

Love Beige but looking for something larger ?

This XS version was specifically designed for narrower spaces, but the Beige composition can be adapted to larger dimensions.

The medallions can be created in S, M or L sizes, or the entire composition can be redesigned to suit your space.

Some of the glazes used in this composition are reactive. Their colors, nuances and patterns may therefore vary slightly from one firing to another.

These variations are not imperfections: they are part of the process and make every Clay’Milie piece unique.
