A window into the depths.

Ocean is a handcrafted ceramic wall sculpture inspired by the endless movement of the sea.

The flowing folds of the clay become gentle currents, while a deep blue crystalline glaze captures the light and evokes the ever-changing reflections of water. Depending on the time of day and the angle of the light, the surface reveals new shades, shifting between cobalt, indigo and deep navy blue.

Small fish, sculpted in raw speckled stoneware, appear to swim freely through this underwater landscape. Their natural matte finish contrasts beautifully with the luminous depth of the glaze, bringing texture, rhythm and quiet poetry to the composition.

Each Ocean is conceived as a work of art in its own right. The number of fish, their shapes, sizes and placement evolve naturally throughout the creative process, ensuring that no two sculptures can ever be exactly alike.

More than a wall decoration, Ocean is an invitation to slow down, pause, and bring a fragment of the sea into your home.

I never aim to recreate this sculpture exactly as it was before.

Each Ocean is born from the inspiration of the moment. The fish naturally find their place throughout the creative process, while the crystalline glaze develops unique depths and subtle variations during each firing—effects that can never be reproduced exactly.
