Lia - Blue Sculptural Wall Composition

A handmade modular ceramic wall composition inspired by celestial blues, mineral reflections and quiet architectural elegance.

Lia was imagined as a sculptural wall composition balancing organic ceramic forms with refined metallic structure.

Entirely handmade in my studio in Portugal, this modular installation includes four asymmetrical ceramic medallions suspended from a brushed gold aluminum wall mount using elegant gold rings.

This blue composition explores a rich atmospheric palette inspired by sky tones, deep waters and mineral reflections:

– Milky Way — a deep midnight blue glaze softened by cloudy milky effects and subtle luminous depth
– Laguna — crystalline blue-green reflections inspired by lagoons and oxidized minerals
– Deep Blue — an intense night blue glaze with rich depth and dark reflective nuances
– Jeans — an aged nuanced blue enriched with copper undertones and weathered mineral textures

Together, these finishes create a layered dialogue between celestial depth, aquatic movement and warm mineral reflections.

Designed somewhere between collectible design object and contemporary wall composition, Lia brings rhythm, softness and sculptural presence into an interior while remaining calm and refined.
