Drapéro XL Enzian

Drapéro XL Enzian is a handmade ceramic serving platter with a sculptural draped shape, designed for aperitif moments, dips, olive oil, condiments and generous shared tables.

With Drapéro XL Enzian, the aperitif becomes the centerpiece.

This large handmade ceramic platter is shaped and draped by hand, creating a fluid, organic silhouette with a strong sculptural presence. It is both a functional serving piece and an object for the table - generous, tactile and impossible to ignore.

Its deep Enzian blue glaze gives the piece a rich and intense character, softened by milky reflections and subtle variations across the surface. The result is a unique blue ceramic platter that feels bold, elegant and full of movement.

The design was imagined for shared moments: one large donut-shaped area and a smaller one can hold dips such as hummus, tapenade, sauces or olives, while the narrow grooves are perfect for olive oil, vinegar or small condiments. The remaining surface is made for crackers, crudités, bread, cheese or anything that deserves to be served with a little more drama.

Drapéro XL Enzian is the kind of piece that changes the mood of a table. It brings together food, texture and sculpture - because hosting should never feel flat.

Each piece is handmade in my ceramic studio in Portugal. The draped form, glaze reactions and small irregularities are part of its identity: no two Drapéros can ever be exactly the same.

Styling suggestions

Drapéro XL Enzian is made for aperitif tables, summer dinners, mezze-style serving, wine nights, garden lunches and slow gatherings.

It works beautifully with hummus, olive oil, tapenade, olives, crackers, raw vegetables, bread, cheese, fruit or small bites. When not in use, it can remain on a table, kitchen island or sideboard as a sculptural ceramic centerpiece.

Its deep blue tone pairs especially well with natural linen, warm wood, brushed brass, stone surfaces, white ceramics and Mediterranean-inspired interiors.

Handmade note

Each Drapéro is shaped, draped and glazed by hand. Slight variations in shape, dimensions, glaze intensity, surface texture or color movement may appear.

These are not flaws, but the signature of handmade ceramics and what makes each piece truly unique.

Care

Clean gently by hand with a soft sponge and mild soap.
Avoid abrasive products, sudden temperature shocks and prolonged soaking.
Handle with care, especially around the thinner draped areas.
